I’m not great about freezing meals. This is partly because I’m afraid that I’ll do it improperly and end up tossing freezer burned food. Another huge drawback is that the last time I did this I kept wanting to save the frozen food until we ‘really needed it.’
Those definitely got tossed!
So far we’ve been good with our frozen vegetables. So I’m hoping that this reflects a change in us. I’m extra hopeful because I have to freeze meals today.
Before ML left on his work trip he cooked a huge batch of rice and sausage. This would have been perfect if we had eaten all the planned meals at home. Instead of done this:
